Inside Sales Associate (ISA)

The first voice our clients hear. You respond to new inquiries, learn what people need, and set appointments for our agents.

  • Respond quickly to new leads by phone, text and email
  • Qualify timelines and goals; schedule consultations and showings
  • Log every conversation in Follow Up Boss in real time
  • Consistent follow-up with people who aren’t ready yet

Pay: Unlicensed ISAs: $18–$35+/hour depending on experience. Licensed ISAs: performance-based plan with appointment and closing bonuses, reviewed at interview.

Unlicensed ISAs handle information gathering and scheduling only. Pricing, property advice and negotiation stay with licensed agents.

Transaction Coordinator (TC)

The engine behind every smooth closing. You keep files compliant, deadlines on track and every party in the loop from contract to close.

  • Open and audit transaction files in zipForms for compliance
  • Track contract deadlines, inspections, appraisal and closing dates
  • Route documents and signatures; coordinate with lenders, title and agents
  • Keep Follow Up Boss and records current; never delete a file

Pay: $225 per closed transaction (months 1–3), then $275 per closed transaction. Paid by direct deposit within 1–7 business days after settlement.

Your first week includes shadowing our Office Manager on live files.

What we look for in everyone

  • Clear, friendly communicator who is organized, reliable and coachable
  • Comfortable with technology (Follow Up Boss, zipForms, Google Workspace; we train you)
  • Real estate, sales, customer service or admin experience is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
  • These are independent contractor (1099) roles. Onboarding includes a W-9, photo ID and brokerage orientation.
